Canicross is an all in all “young” dog sport, which consists of running with your dog, for which the owner plays the part of the “navigator”. But first of all it’s a great way to do sports together with your four-legged friend, improve your health and your affinity and communication. In fact, to obtain good results, it is necessary to work with quality on the dog-handler relationship. As for Canicross equipment, a belt, a shock absorbing rope and a specific bib are required.

Pickleball is played with a ball and two rackets on a badminton court. It is possible to do it in pairs or alone as well as indoors and outdoors. We are the first Uisp Nordic Walking Center in our area, recognized and accredited for training and official Uisp activity.

The SPORTS FARM project was born from the will of the Italian Federation of Athletics, in collaboration with CIA, the Italian Farmers Confederation, to bring athletics to the countryside by offering the opportunity to guests of agricultural businesses and agritourisms to integrate the knowledge of the territory and its agri-food products with the need for movement in both competitive and amateur sports.
The person is immersed in places where the agri-food culture par excellence is at home, where he can see and touch what they are and how they produce all those foods essential for a correct and balanced diet, essential for both the professional athlete and for the person who moves to feel good or to face a rehabilitation process.
Explanation of this project is the INTELLIGENT PATH:
An innovative technological platform to be installed inside the “Farms” which allows, thanks to the use of chips, to detect the travel times of the route.
By imagining a series of paths spread over the entire national territory, it is possible to hypothesize an integrated system useful for promoting the agricultural businesses themselves.
Any agritourism or peri-urban agricultural company can assume the qualification of Sports Farm as long as it possesses specific structural, sporting and agri-food requirements.
Funcional Training is not just a sequence of exercises, it is a comprehensive training that is developed, to ensure complete conditioning, on various movements aimed at improving all the physical capabilities of the body. To achieve this goal, as many muscles as possible are used in synchrony and synergy, thus allowing the development of stronger, faster, more coordinated, resistant, elastic and powerful movements. All this guarantees to any athlete to improve their performance in the sport practiced and to any person to improve their quality of life.
Being functional means learning new movement patterns through complex and progressively more and more demanding physical experiences.
Our sports association affiliated with the Italian Volleyball Federation and the UISP sports promotion body has become a regional federal center; addresses our activities to all the boys and girls who are attracted to this sport, to whom we want to be points of reference both for those who want to refine their technique, and for those who want to stay fit while having fun … … .. between sun, sand and music.
The fields where courses, events and tournaments are held are located in Spoleto within the AgriLeisureTime agritourism complex in loc. Terraia 47/a Spoleto.
Our beach volleyball courts (two regulations plus one for heating) are located within an arena surrounded by the green hills of Spoleto and a large swimming pool.

Beach Tennis is the big news offered by the Spoleto Beach Volley Club. The Polisportiva Dilettantistica B.V.C. Spoleto chaired by Niccolò Lattanzi “launches” this sport also in our region. Using the beach volleyball courts of AgriLeisureTime in Terraia, BVC Spoleto, in addition to proposing the activity of beach volleyball as always, dives into this fascinating world that is halfway between tennis and volleyball.
The dimensions of the field are those of beach volleyball, the net is 1m and 70cm high. It is played in doubles, and having to play everything on the fly, as anyone who has tried playing “rackets” at the sea, makes Beach Tennis easy, fun, immediate and accessible to all, becoming a real sport.
Our structure has a heated Jacuzzi for up to 5 seats, to relax alone or in company while sipping a cocktail. The pool is located outside the structure near the main pool.
