Our structure has a heated Jacuzzi for up to 5 seats, to relax alone or in company while sipping a cocktail. The pool is located outside the structure near the main pool.

The project stems from the fundamental idea of ”Respect for the environment and not to waste” which involves the recovery and disposal of water. As regards the water, a canalization system for white, gray and black water was created in the company; the gray and black waters end up after various settling tanks in the phytodepuration tanks, where the plants will take care of purifying it; the white water or rainwater to be understood has been channeled into a recovery tank where it will be reused for irrigation.
The water pumps and many farm equipment are powered by electricity, so the project involves the construction of a photovoltaic system on the two roofs of the agricultural annexes combined with an experimental wind power plant.
The waste material from the work in the fields, such as the pruning of the olive grove and the forestation system, will be used to power the multi-fuel boiler, the main source of heating for the various living rooms of the company.
The installation and commissioning of the solar panels will take care of the production of hot water.

The path designed in the specialized olive grove of the company with about 600 plants, aims to introduce participants to all the characteristics of the plant and its fruit, including the transformation of the fruit into oil.
Obviously the practical part will be varied according to the time of the visit, it will pass from pruning in the months of February-March, to the harvest at the end of October-November, to spring fertilization, from the summer cleaning of the useless branches up to the transformation of the olives into a mill. November-December oil.

The proposal is organized in two parts, the first involves the presentation of the rural village of Terraia, its history, the natural environment in which it is inserted, with a brief illustration of the edible plants that can then be found and collected.
The second part is a real path that will meet some old local ladies who will accompany the boys, in the fields and in the woods to collect what the season offers in that period.
After the harvest we will move on to the preparation of lunch or tasting that will follow with the direct intervention of the children, in the manner appropriate to the type of participants.
During the work we will try to intrigue the knowledge of the oral tradition, telling stories, anecdotes, fables and legends.
